    Just wanted to let you know that I submitted my lump sum claim on July 19 and we both got our tax back nearly 3 weeks ago. As of yesterday morning our incomes still hadnt been updated on the online services.
    I was getting a bit worried and so I called centrelink last night and was transferred to the processing dept. the lady I spoke to said that all claims were taking a lot longer than normal and on average it was taking 35 days. She told me that mine hadn't even been looked at and it probably wouldn't be for at least a week. About an hour after I spoke to her I checked my online services again and I am getting paid everything on Friday.
    So it just goes to show that centrelink cso's can never really tell you where your claim is up to.

    I had my first bub 4 months ago I was wondering does everyone get these supps? I don't know how it works.

    Aaaaarrrrggghhhh!

    I am STILL waiting! My supps are 'pending' because Centrelink is awaiting the CSA to send over details of any payments I may have received during the financial year because that effects the amount of supps I receive

    Hmmm a week ago the families express app showed me as receiving ftb (but no payment date) so I thought cool maybe I've been approved and my tax is coming through too... But now that's disappeared and I still don't have anything... ATO still just shows my tax as being lodged...
    Any ideas? We're starting to get a bit desperate here cause my DP lost his job 4 weeks ago....

    Pixie I am still waiting. The lady at my local office that I saw Friday said mine is being held up because it needs to be matched to 3 departments, centrelink, ATO and CSA! I am getting seriously frustrated :thumbdown:

    Finally! Yay! Only after I went into the local office Friday, then rang the families number today I got someone who knew what they were doing, re-booted my file (whatever that means) and whadda ya know, up pops my supps for payment this Thursday!

    Our tax came through today, so hopefully centrelink will get themselves into gear pronto!!
