After reading this read and also wondering where our supps may be after I advised non lodgement online I called centrelink yesterday and as many have said the online non lodgement method did not work. Sure enough the lovely guy I spoke to on the phone confirmed the same thing, he said the system showed I had advised but he said they are having major issues with the online reporting. So if you are still waiting for your supps I would call them on Monday. Mine was processed yesterday and I have a very nice lump sum going into my account on Tuesday.

Just on the FTB A supp payment, I received my payments about a week or so ago.

Didn't think much of it until I looked at my letter, then at my payments (how you can break it down, ccr $x, ftb a supp $x etc)

As I have two kids I should have received around $1,400 for the FTB A supp, but only got around $700.

After speaking with centrelink they have worked out that after they did a system update it has somehow screwed around with their vaxx records for ds1, who is 7.

The are currently working on this as they can see he is up to date, all requirements met but for some reason the computer won't 'pay', even though it says is will/has.

Just thought I'd post to let you guys know. Check your letter that tells you what you should be getting and then go online to check you have received that. If I didn't 'click' it wouldn't have been picked up.

Hopefully I'm the only one who this has happened to, but if not hope this helps

My supps are still not showing. After I went into our local Centrelink office on Thursday the lady said all my info has been received, I just have to wait for processing. I might call on monday and see if that gets things moving

I went online and reported the non lodgement over a week ago too, we got our tax back pretty quickly but still waiting on the FTB stuff, so i might ring on Monday to double check that they got the info that they need to process it.

For anyone still waiting on Supps I just called Centrelink and the nice lady advised me that the ATO hasn't sent my non-lodger status over to Centrelink! Because I received child support (well, was supposed to but that's for another thread ) and I received a small amount of PPP while DH was between jobs I had to advise the ATO of being a non-lodger. That is separate to advising Centrelink apparently? So anyhow I'm off to call the ATO and try and sort it! Wish me lucK!
