Actually just checked payments and WOOOOOO HOOOO it's coming on the 26th and wee bit more than I'd expected. So relieved. I'm always nervous this time of year that somehow I wind up owing them money, even though i'm sure I estimated more. *phew*

*seems my reply vanished* Give them a call and see what's involved applying for it. You'll probably need to go in though, but I think they're starting to also try to avoid people needing to call and go in as much as possible.

You can apply over the phone but, honestly, I find everything gets done quicker, easier and with far more accuracy when you attend an office. I find that if you're there when the office opens you're first in line and you're in and out before you know it.

I notice too that all claims/DNLs etc I've ever done in the office have been processed and delivered super quick compared to what I've heard from others.

No probably just a standard letter sent to everyone. i received a text after i advised online and thought the same thing so went and did it again but internet site said it was already done. If you are worried you could always give them a call but i think you could probably just ignore it

Thanks for your replies. My experiences going in the office was pointless to the max. First time my son was 4 mths old...in a capsule. There is a guy trying to move the line along so he filters out ppl. Gives me priority service. Asks me what I want...leaves...gives me his list with ppls details on them then leaves ne just sitting there!!! Next time I wait in line for 20 mins....the lady has no idea to my question...directs me to the phones and says that it wilk be quicker cause it's an internal number...and ppl around me were there for ages!!!
