Default 2 year old peeing issues

my 2 year old has been trained for the last 4 months. However in the last week or so, he has started to wee in the back yard, poo in the back yard, or pee on his sister. He still uses the toilet, but also does this too. Any ideas how to stop this before it gets out of hand?

How old is his sister? Poor thing!

He will grow out of it!! With my boys, I just redirected them to where I wanted them to go, and tell them why it was not really that nice/appropriate to pee on each other! Repeat, repeat, repeat.....

None of them do it now...

ETA - To be fair, sometimes at that age, when they are really absorbed in something, they can just misjudge the cues, and it can all just happen at once. He possibly is just having accidents, but peeing on his sister, I'm sure he loves the reaction he gets!
