Oh, I lie. I'd get my nose straighted. I have no idea why, but it ever so slightly bends to the left. I've never had any nose accidents or problems. No one notices it but It stands out like a flashing light to me if I am remotely dead face on in photos.
I have the same nose thing!! I have to turn my head slightly in photos, will never look straight ahead. I feel like there are arrows on my face pointing to it!!

I dont know where I would start...

    Boobs- reduction and lift
Face- just tear it down and start again

My friend had this surgery after a car accident, the recovery period was a very long and painful one. She has to have another surgery to correct a really small piece inside (can't remember all the deets) that is slipping.. Sounds so complicated..
Hope if you get it done that it's nice and straightforward!

Do I really have to stop at 1?

    In order of desperation....

Tummy tuck (I still look 9 mo pregnant and DD is 19mo!)
Boob job (they need a lift...badly)
Lipo or tightening of my 'bingo wings'
Veeners and a tooth for the one I lost
