    Default advice needed please

    hi all im currently 16+1.i have been feeling movements for about 3ish weeks now.most are constant in the late arvo or night .they are generally every day to every second day.for the last week ive been in alot of pain in my back and in my lower abdomen to the point i cant walk properly or sleep.i also havent felt a decent movement in about a week.has anyone experienced this or has any advice?or any idea what is happening?thanks for your time.

    I haven't experienced what you're talking about but I'd go & get checked, especially re: the abdomen pain & reduction in movements. It much better to go & get checked out & find its nothing than to ignore it iygwim.

    I had something similar, but I have an anterior (in the front) placenta, and as my placenta grew and shifted upwards (which was the cause of my pain) and then got fatter (apparently it is like a plump whoopy cushion) I felt less and less. Have only been able to feel more in the last week or so and I am now 25 weeks.

    I went and got heart beat checked a couple of times as it is very unsettling. Get it checked out. Will make you feel better at the very least

    i went to the doctor today and heard the heartbeat....was like music to my ears....cant explain the lack of movement...guess i wont know untill my 20 week scan in a couple of weeks....thanks ladies for your replies
