    Default Which herb?

    I'm cooking a lamb shank dish with red wine, tomato based sauce and chicken stock. My guests are not a huge fan of rosemary, so I was thinking either:
    - dried bay leaf
    - dried oregano. Or
    - fresh basil

    I would say thyme if rosemary is a no go!
