    I made them again last night this time with the milk and I didnt like them as much too moist.. Maybe I didnt cook long enough but the top was getting brown. I'm going to stop adding milk to get them more dry of anyone else doesn't like them too moist there's a tip!

    These are SO tasty! I added a couple of diced mushrooms to the broccoli and pumpkin mix and cooked for 2-3 minutes, these are so yum!

    Thanks op for posting this.
    My dd and ds are not feeling well so I tried making these to get some healthy food into them. Didn't have any cream corn or broccoli so I used cauliflower as per pp and frozen corn which I blended up. Just had a taste test and they are so yummy! They did end up a bit moist inside so I am hoping this will improve after i let them rest a bit more. The kids are asleep so when they wake I hope they will like them too!
    Eta: ds liked them and ate 1.5, he normally won't touch veggies. Dd did not like them but she has gastro so is off her food in general. Overall still a great recipe!
