Thanks I'm in emergency now they took some obs n gave me panadol & sent me back to waiting room even though I've told them I've taken panadol & nurofen & panadine forte for the pain n it hasn't helped she said cause its not excruciating I might be waiting a while. Lady it bloody hurts just cause I'm not carrying on doesn't mean I'm not in pain n feel like death. Who knows I'm so over this all
N Kazza I have no idea how much stuff can be left over but I just want this all out & over & done with. I'm so far beyond frustrated & depressed & just want to lock myself in a room & scream until I can't anymore. I'm not leaving until I get answers I'm not letting them brush me off any more.

I hate when they decide you're not in pain because apparently they can tell by looking at you!!! What a joke!!

I remember when I was in labour with my first bub, I turned up at the delivery ward, explained what had been going on etc and said my contractions are painful and close I have been in labour all day. She looked at me with a stupid grin and said its ok I don't think I will worry about checking you i'll just leave you to get settled in.

Then she saw me have two contractions and realised they were quite close so she decided to check me and I was 7cm! I knew that but she thought silly first timer probably in early labour just because I wasn't screaming in pain.

Anyway sorry for the rant I'm just frustrated for you it seems we have to yell and scream and carry on to get some attention.

Just gotten home the hospital dr Reckons my period is "flushing out the sac that didnt successfully turn into a fetus. " That "it's most likely the fluid sac shown in ultrasound would have been an unsuccessful early pregnancy & not retained product as I'm not feverish or showing signs of infection and now my body is expelling it with period"

When you had d&c did they mention that the sac did not come out? It would have been about 2cm round. Glad its over. You should really ask hospital for details for the day you had d&c.

god you've been through hell, you poor bugger. My friend has recently had 2 miscarriages 6 months apart and both times she had a D&C and both times she had to have a repeat D&C 2 weeks later because of retained product. I'm really surprised that you haven't been offered a second D&C. I know they are not pleasant, but I wonder if its worth asking your Ob next week what his/her thoughts are.

Good luck, I hope you start to feel better soon.

So if I'm understanding correctly jagamoe you had a miscarriage which resulted in a d&c. You then fell pregnant first cycle after, which you suspected but was never confirmed by drs thanks to there flippant attitudes. Went on to think all your symptoms were due to the previous pregnancy (once again thanks to useless drs) but were in fact having a miscarriage which is now the result of your present symptoms?

All I can say is you poor thing. What a horrible set of circumstances you have had to deal with not to mention the careless attitude of drs that you have had to put up with. I sincerely hope the future is brighter for you and that you are blessed with a healthy happy pregnancy and considerate, kind and smart drs.

Great big hugs to you, try to take care of yourself.
