Loony: that's fair enough, was just a thought :-) Lucas is very cute in those photos.

Maybee: I hope Ava is more settled for you.

FTM: love Vale's face in that photo. What a cutie.

River is a bit unsettled still and so easily woken during the day that she is barely napping. I wonder if that's because her grandma is staying? Can't wait for Wednesday when my MiL leaves she is driving me crazy!

I can't believe how quick time is going otherwise, River is growing way to fast! We are off to market in a few hours so that should be fun. I've put a photo of River stealing my spot in the bed :-)

Hope everyone has a great fathers day.

Looney, if bubs is relatively content, with a good number of wet nappies, then I honestly would not fret. All babies are different in their growth.
If he is happy and well-hydrated, then you are doing fine.
A number is just a guide. Actually assessing the baby is the best indicator!!

    Thanks J.
As u can see from the pics Lucas happy and content to me and I don't think he looks unwell or dehydrated, Lucas has lots of wet nappies were on our fourth box of huggies he was 1month on Thursday. Granted some nappies have been used as a shield from his water feature and I change him every time he does a poo regardless of how much. I'm not too worried about him coz he feeds well and is happy. I'm more worried about what clinic nurse going to make me do/ say to me. Just don't want to feel like I'm failing him and not producing good/ enough milk

Just smile politely at the nurse, and go home and keep doing what you are doing!!
Some MCHNs are a bit too militant. All well-intended, but sounds like Lucas is doing just fine. Please don't let her make you feel bad.
