Loony have you tried expressing after the feeds? That way if the nurse says he needs a top up you can use EBM

Welcome Bond! Meadow is beautiful. Pleased that everything is going well for you. Hope the soreness with bf eases up soon
J I'm not sure what to use for nappy rash, we haven't experienced it with Ava yet... Cute pics of Lucy.
Looney our MCHN told us they expect a gain of 120g a week. It seems to vary depending on who you ask. I was told to not let her go longer than 4hrs for a feed during day but at night could let her go for 5-6hrs overnight. Maybe call the ABA to see what they say...
Lucas is a cutey
We have had a difficult week. Ava has been rather whingy during the day. Routine pretty much out the window. Have been out lots this week so making an effort next week to stay home to try get back on track. Can't believe she's almost 9wks!
Hope everyone has a nice Father's Day tomorrow!
Loony, Toni suggestion of expressing is good. To be honest if he is going 6.6 hours overnight I would probably try to
Feed 3 hourly during the day. If I don't
Do that My little man catches up
Overnight. I was told 100g is fine for
A breastfed bub to gain a week.
Ring the Aba they are
About this stuff and what you can
I have tried expressing but only get 10mils and then I got mastitis so left it alone.
Well I wasn't worried b4the weigh in coz he is mostly happy has 100 million wet nappies up to 4th box of new born nappies. The only time he is upset is when dirty nappy, ds1 waking him up, wind pain, or when he wakes for a feed usually 3 to 3&1/2 hourly. ABA website said its best to weigh BF bubs monthly as they have weeks where they put on lots then a week that they don't put on that much. Thanks I think Lucas is a cutie is 2
Hopefully Ava can get back on routine with nxt week at home. 9weeks its crazy how fast time flies when your having fun with babies.
Hope you and your dh have a nice Father's Day.
