Lovely photos J. Cheeky Oscar with his seat belt! I am getting well prepared for our flight to the UK. Packing Toby a Bob the Builder back pack full of things he likes such as sticker books, a few new toy cars, etc. also got the ipad full of cartoons too. He's listened to us and keeps repeating that he's going to sleep on the plane then if he wakes up can watch tv. Lets hope that works! Booked night flights so he's tired. At least all Meadow needs are my boobs!

Here is Meadow tonight. Sleepy head was fed at about 7.30 then slept from about 8 until I just woke her at 1am to feed! I was getting engorged it'd been so long, for her at this age anyway. Hoping she goes back to sleep easily!

J, Lucy is gorgeous. I'm sorry your flight home was so bad.

Bond, I hope Toby is good on the plane. Such a long flight. Meadow is beautiful. I hope she went back to sleep easily

I've had people recommend moo goo nappy rash cream. I haven't tried it so don't know if it works

Paed said to use dermeeze or Vaseline as a barrier. He said zinc based cream if skin is badly damaged Wont work. Lots of nappies free time. Cloth did amazing things for ridding us of nappy rash.

We love dermeeze. Tate had terrible nappy rash once we started using dermeeze plus switching to cloth it has gone!

Good luck j! How's Lucy coping with it

My dd got it so bad when she would be teething it would be like little blisters. Pead said use water to clean her and then towel to dry then put on hydrazole (not sure on spelling but that's how u say it) and change nappy every 2hours. Once clears up use paw paw cream after every BM for a week. It worked as much as it sux with out and about nappy changes.

    Hi everyone,
Sorry been MIA but last week was crazy!!!
DH has been on prac so just me at home with the two boys. Ds1 has been driving me crazy every time Lucas is asleep and I leave the room for bathroom/ lunch etc ds1 goes in and sings/ tells lucas he loves him, what toys they going to play with when L is bigger etc which is lovely an sweet but when I want to go and eat/visit the toilet or god forbid have a shower L wakes and screams then it takes at least an hour to settle him coz he is over tired.
Anyway on Thursday Lucas was 4weeks and it was also DH birthday. Went out for dinner and then had cake at home. This weekend is Father's Day and my birthday on Monday feeling so old 😢
Clinic nurse is worried about Lucas coz he only put on 190grams in 2weeks so have to go back on wed to get weighed again? SMURFY do you know how much bubs are meant to put on weekly??? I thought it was 100 a week I so its only 10grams that is missed by Lucas? I don't think she was happy with me coz she asked when I feed him etc. Lucas wakes mostly 3&1/2 hourly for food (I wake him at 4 hours during day only) and then when he has his last feed anywhere from 11pm to 1am then I set an alarm for 6&1/2 hours later so I can wake him again if he hasn't already woken me?

Anyway hope your all well and welcome bond glad to read your recovering well and meadow is a good girl 😊

Loony, sounds like you've been busy. It's great that DS1 loves Lucas, but must be a little frustrating when you're trying to get things done.

I was told 150g per week. Sienna has her last feed at 11:00pm then won't wake until about 6 or 7. She does feed hourly before bed though. Now that she's getting more formula, her weight gain is great.

    Thanks smurfy

Oh now I'm worried but he will feed for 20-30 min ( one side) and then He falls asleep and i can feel the milk just leaking so i take him off. Most of the time he stretches and we change nappy then he either falls back asleep or awake happy content looking/smiling.
On the rare occasion Lucas gets up set I put him on other boob and he just uses me as a dummy to go back to sleep.

I hope I don't have to do formula feeds, I really wanted to do only BF till he was 6 months that was my goal. Oh well not much I can do I guess just wait and see how things go on Wednesday.
