Lil Smurfy did anyone suggest fenugreek to you. I take 1 tab 3 Times a day same as motillium and it wasn't until I combined the 2 that my supply increased

Sage, I've been mix feeding since before we left hospital. My milk supply isn't great. I've been taking motilium to help it, but still not making enough for her.
Oh ok, have you seen a Lc since you left? Maybe worth seeing one there are lots of ways to increase supply if that's what you want to do. If its working for you, just stick with it m
Sounds like you are doing a very good job! :-)

I haven't seen a LC. My hospital has one every friday that you can drop into, so i might go there. I had such a horrible time in hospital with contradicting advice from midwives, that when i left, i was so glad to be away from experts telling me how to do it. I joined the ABA and contacted them. They had some advice as well, which I'll try.

You can get from most chemists. I get mine from chemist warehouse. Its a natures own brand but there are other brands. My obstetrician and pediatrician both suggested it.

Wow this thread has been very quiet since I last checked in!!

    How is everyone?

We have been a bit better the last two days, I have been giving axle the iberogast which helps with abdominal pain and also infacol and before his bath infants friend and after doing this for 3 full days we seemed to shift some of the wind yes! He has been a bit happier as well which makes things easier oh and he roller from front to back, probably cause he hates tummy time and he now can push himself up to stand when u pull on his hands, he did this all in one day lol!
Bottle drinking is still not much fun, sometimes I have to stand up and rock him with the bottle in his mouth to get him to drink, at 7.5kgs this is not easy lol!!

Well that's about all the news I have, here is a photo taken this arvo.

Choccie: he is so cute. Glad you managed to get some wind out.

Nila: they are adorable. 8 weeks already that's scary.

We are well here. Rivers night time routine (started on Monday) is working 50% of the time. Will just persevere and hope she gets used to it and eventually it works more often.

Choccie cute pic of Axle. He's growing so quickly. And rolling already! Glad you managed to shift his wind.

Nila - Awww how adorable are the twins in their outfits. Just gorgeous! Wow 8 weeks already, time flies. Are they sleeping better now?

Toni what does River's night routine involve? Hopefully the more you do it the more she picks it up.

We have started the 6-8wk SOS routine. So far Ava has done ok. She sometimes wakes during her day sleeps but will resettle with the dummy put in. She's adjusted to feed times being 3.5-4hrly instead of every 3hrs. Waking once or twice through night. She loves her bath before a feed and this often calms her. She is struggling to keep her eyes opened past 6:45pm. We will continue with it and see what happens.

Hi everyone else. Hope you're all well. It sure has been quiet in here.
