Hope you go home soon Smurfy. That nurse sounds horrible. Make sure you leave feedback about her.

Ok ladies some amusing info, DP rang his mum (retired CHN) because River hasn't had a poo for 2 days. I didn’t realise that breastfed bubs can go for ages between because River has been every 24 – 36hrs whilst having formula but she hasn’t had much formula last few days. She has said 1 remedy is for mum to have an orgasm and breastfeed/express within 20 mins. Not sure how this works but get your partners busy if your bub is every having trouble pooping lol

Nila wow you sound like a serious super mum. I can't imagine twins. You are doing amazingly well to look after them plus your two others. Can't believe you are expressing.

Maybe how are you going with feeding and sleeping?

As for us. We areDoing well. My little champion slept 6.5 hours last night from 9-330am . I'm so proud of him. I got a
Good 5 hours. I ended up having to wake him again at 5ish as he only took one side at 330 and the other side felt like it was about to explode. For the breastfeeding mummas what do you do if your bub sleeps longer? I don't know if it will regulate or what.

Okay my little man is due for a Feed so best go.

Stir it with a fork. Kinda like whisking it. No bubbles!

    Sage,
If bub sleeps longer and your boobs get too full, have you tried just hand-expressing a little bit "off the top", so to speak? Just takes the pressure off.
That's what I do...not that she sleeps for long periods yet!
