I don't know how you do the two hourly feeds! Is that all day all night?
I struggle staying awake until 10.30pm just to do the dream feed and he sleeps through! I would die 2hrly lol!
So far tonight it's been every hour. YAY for four month sleep regression. I haven't slept for more than two hours at a time for about 2 months and before that I only slept for four hours twice.
Being a mum is awesome lol.

Toni River looks teeny tiny in her pretty dress. Very cute! I can't wait to dress Ava in skirts and dresses or anything other than a onesie

Eko: I would not survive on that little amount of sleep.

Maybee: its much nicer than a onesie. I find rivers feet to long for the onesies. I love 2 pieces so much easier

FTM: Vale is adorable. What is she strapped into?

FTM: Nice one I never strap River into hers because the straps are bigger than her, will have to start when she gets a bit bigger.

Choccie: Great pic of Axle, 11 weeks has flown!

    Eko,
    Firstly, a few questions:
    1. Was the throat swab entirely normal?
    2. Did your GP also test for glandular fever (CMV virus) and EBV (Epstein-Barr)?

It is normal to have a slightly lowered white cell count with and after a virus, yes, but is very non-specific and can mean other things.

3 months is a long time to have a sore throat, and even though some viruses can hang around for a while (so you may still have persistence of viral particles, causing ongoing inflammation), it still warrants further investigation I believe. It may be as simple as a chronic viral pharyngitis, but it needs to be investigated.

Ask for a referral to an ENT Specialist. They can have a look with a nas-endoscope (camera through your nostril into back of throat), and they may request some imaging (eg. CT head and neck).

That is what I would do. Hope that helps.

    J xx.

Eko, I hope your throat gets better soon. How annoying.

I'm struggling to keep up at the moment, the days are getting away from me.

I'm loving the baby pics. All your kids are gorgeous.

Nila, you're nuts for wanting another one, when you've already got 4. I told DH when I was in labour, that we were only having 1 child. Once the epi was in and they told me I was fully dilated, I changed my mind.

AFM, I'm itching to get home from hospital. We were supposed to get transferred to a hotel yesterday, but Sienna's dr wouldn't let us go because her heartbeat was irregular. He did bloods yesterday and checked her today, and said everything is normal. The midwife came to check my stitches this morning, and was so rough, one of my stitches was tugging and pulling. Now I'm more tender down there again. The same midwife came to do Sienna's hearing test today, and lost a needle in here. She said it might be in Sienna's bed, and off she went, not giving a damn if we could actually find it or not.
