Choccie: a shower sounds like a good achievement.

I got super excited before I expressed 60ml, the following time I only managed 30ml

So was at my wits end yesterday and went to the doc to ask for losec to help with reflux as nothing was working and he really went backwards this last week. Got that into him last night and today, this morning I had a brain wave and took him to the chiro.... She had to align his hips, 2 spine bits and his neck both ways!! Then I came home fed him and slept for 3 straight hours instead of 30mins!! It's amazing!! Hopefully the combination if both means he will keep sleeping!!! Yes!!

3am and up for next feed. Man my boobs are hurting. Any tips for how to massage to ensure I'm expressing all the milk? I'm kind of just making it up

So the sleeping was short lived and back to 30 min sleep this morning :/
He also fussed, grunted and groaned with his eyes shut most of the night so now my eyes are hanging out of my head lol!
I thought we had turned a corner yesterday but now I just have no idea what to try
