    Hi all.

Choccie we are big tummy timers here. Minimum of 3 times per day for 5 minutes. Usually until he rolls
Onto his back lol. It is completely accidental but has been
Doing it since we came home
From hospital. Soon he will be too chubby to do it. We do
Heaps of tummy time as he was
Having trouble feeding one side and turning his head due to trying to come
    Sideways during labor. It's all
Sorted now but we just kept
It up. Try laying down on the ground with axel on your tummy? Or
Do you use a carrier they are also good for encouraging head control.

Maybe I am still adapting to doing everything with a baby but I found things much easier after the four week mark. I try to prepare dinner in the mornings if its a good day. I also put the little man in the bouncer while I do chores. Our ergo is awesome for afternoons so I have free hands.

Fel how did the paed go?

J glad dh is settling re formula that would upset me too. Sounds like ur sleep last night was very broken. Must d hard. Love the photo btw.

Yay ftm re weight loss. I so need to get onto mine. Thanks choccie re hormones good to know. I really want to get back to pre preg and back in my healthy bmi. Feeling a bit bleh. Can't wait to run again but need to wait to 12 weeks post Cesar.

Does anyone know if its normal to still have some uncomfortable - news around the sight? I wouldn't say I have pain more just feel uncomfortable if I over do it

Okay hope you are all well lovely ladies.

Thanks sage - he does have fantastic head control and is very strong probably due to the 7.5kgs of weight behind him lol but he does not like tummy time regardless of where or how it is. I also can not put him down after a feed in his bouncer or playmat or anything actually for more than 5 mins as he cracks it due to needing to burp, I think? Forever making the 'eh' sound, actually he never makes any other sound these days!!
Anyways I just had a brainwave today to change his formula and see of that helps, he is on s26 reflux so I'm changing to Karicare reflux and see if that helps shift the wind, cause honestly it doesn't matter how often or how many times I burp him there is always more, how much wind can one baby have? Just seems never ending :/
Anyways I have blabbed on and rubbish enough now, hope everyone else is having a good day

    Hey everyone
Sorry for the lack of personals I am way far behind and my memory is shocking haha
But today was day one of being at home and I'm completely overwhelmed Tyler has been unsettled all day so I had to do everything one handed but Abby had a good day although it will probably change and she will be really unsettled tonight!! Dh has been working till late as well which doesnt help!
In regards to weight during the last 6 weeks if pregnancy I managed to lose 4 kgs now 4 weeks after I lost another 6 so I am lighter then I have been in a couple of years which I'm very happy about unfortunately I have been comfort eating which will not help once I stop expressing and stop producing milk

Wow nila they are getting bigger!
Hugs for having a hard day, it's hard enough with one baby and a toddler when the baby is unsettled so I have no idea how u do it with two!!!!!
Hope the rest of the week is good to u!
Do u find the twins like to be wrapped differently? In the photo they look different?

J: glad Lucy doesn't wee on you like Oscar. That's a cute photo of them together even if not the best way to hold Lucy.

Choccie: I hope the change in formula helps.

Nila: the twins are so cute. Sorry Tyler was unsettled and I hope you got some rest overnight. How long are you hoping to express for?

What did people do before smartphones to stay sane when expressing/breastfeeding. Without hubbub, fb and words with friends I'd be lost.
