    Well said Sage.

J Lucy is such a cutie, I've no idea what a breast feeding cover is.

River is still very unsettled today but did spend a fair amount of time in her vibrating bouncer thingy. I wish I could let her learn to self settle and she does a little bit but with her pooing issues we cuddle her as she screams and sometimes the cry she makes for attention and the cry indicating a poo is on the way are very similar.

Sorry Toni but I can't remember ... what is River's pooing problem?

Just that it seems to hurt a lot. Pead said to just keep an eye on her for now. Do lots of massage, bicycle legs, warm baths everything to help her she still screams, bad enough when they cry worse when they scream. Poor poppet.

Nope, that's what's hard, if it was a hard poo I could do something for her but I don't know what's causing her pain.

Has your GP suggested anything like possibly a visit to a specialist?

Toni we coped pretty well today. DH is very hands on and helps a lot. Sorry that River experiences so much pain with pooing. I hope she gets some relief soon

Thanks for the tips Sage. I will try to get out for a walk daily if the weather permits. I'm not sure how long these feelings linger before its deemed more than just the blues. Majority of the time I'm ok but then sometimes I just get upset for no reason.

Thanks Lil Petal. I might check it out. I'm comfortable feeding around some people like my mum/sisters but I'm a bit shy too. And if might help with my anxiety about feeding in public

We survived our first day with DH back to work. Ava slept all through lunch then we went to visit my parents. She was a bit unsettled and cat napped while being cuddled. I had been feeling ok all day but burst into tears when DH walked in the door. Poor DH didn't know what hit him. He missed Ava a lot and hasn't left her alone since he got home.
