You can make your own! Get a baby's face washer, pour castor oil on it and put it in the oven in a dish to warm it. Once it's warm, take it out and lay it over your stomach (directly on to your skin), cover with a muslin wrap then place a hot water bottle on top, lay there for 30-45 mins relaxing. The heat is meant to help your skin absorb the oil, which then helps scar tissue and blockages. First month I did it I had loads more EWCM. You can do it any time of the month apart from during AF. my naturopath told me 2-3 times a week is good. Once you are done, wrap the face washer in glad wrap, it can then be used again the next time with just a little more oil added on. Saves you wasting the castor oil. I use organic stuff that I got from the health food store, thing it was about $30 for 500 mls but as long as you recycle your face washer that size of bottle should last a while.

    Sounds weird but try it!

Let me know how you go! It's a bit messy so I lie on an old towel while doing it. First time DH saw me doing this he wondered what the hell I was doing!

Haven't seen it in Woolies but to be fair I haven't actually looked I got mine at the health food shop as I was told that the organic stuff was best. I reckon you would get it in a chemist though.....

I lie on the floor when doing it. First time, when I didn't know how messy it could be I did it in the bath (minus the water!!), wasn't very comfortable though! Ha ha!
