Default Which vitamins for TTC ?

Ok so I'm taking vitex & still having strange cycles I'm looking at vitamins to help with TTC & it's all very confusing any help would be appreciated.
I'm looking at buying natures own Pms essentials it has
Extracts equiv. to dry: Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) fruit 1000mg
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root 500mg
Winter cherry (Withania somnifera) root (2g) 2000mg
Plus: Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50mg
    Magnesium oxide-heavy 68.73mg
But unsure of what else can help.

I had just been taking an "all in one" preconception multi (took swisse, blackmores, natures own) and just switched to Elevit - had to buy it online couldn't find it in the shops anywhere! It's got a crazy amount of folic acid (800 mcg) and ob suggested it, so we shall see. DH takes a mens multi - swisse.

Were you looking for it to help with something specific? Like helping to even out cycles, or with painful symptoms etc?

To make cycles more normal & less all over the shop getting spotting every day on n off& no AF was due yesterday want to make everything even out & normal ish to hopefully successfully conceive. I feel like a crazy person with my cycle ATM. I know cycles can be messed up after m/c & D&C but this is 2 months today since my D&C I was hoping to have some sort of predictable normal ish cycles

Have you thought about acupuncture or Chinese medicine? I haven't tried it myself but I've heard it can be helpful, also good for stress x

Nope haven't thought of that I'm not too keen on the idea of acupuncture don't like the idea of little needles being jabbed in me. But will happily get a tattoo lol & haven't looked into Chinese medicine might be worth a google

Bec T which elevit? The preg one or the normal womens one ?

I believe that normal multi vitamins have vit A which should be avoided when ttc and preg.
