    that sounds awesome.
I'm finding my running goals are really good for my pnd, because they're so black and white. I hate trying and failing at stuff, makes me feel worse. But with running if I stick to it, I see results, simple as that.
With other stuff there's too many outside factors so I get anxious about it. Like our trip to Hamilton Island, what if I booked a dud hotel? What if the kids are badly behaved? What if we have unforseen bills and suddenly this trip costs more than its worth? Etc etc. With running, I just go and run. And if I do, I get better. Also, the endorphins help a lot.

I am looking fwd to selling an investment property ( that is currently up for sale) and using the profit to pay off the mortgage on our own home.

Hopefully if it sells for a good price we will also have some money left over to renovate the backyard (pool and garage).

Now we just need a buyer so I can be mortgage free.

I am also looking fwd to the holiday to ko Samui that we are planning for in sept/oct
