Feel much better now, came to bed at 10 to get a decent sleep as its my turn to get up with Toby tomorrow morning when he wakes. But over an hour later and I still can't bloody sleep! Feel kinda wired and my brain is too active, despite being physically tired. Plus bub is doing a yoga session in there, keeps stretching and feel like I'm being pulled apart! Third tri insomnia sucks!
I hope you get some sleep soon. That's great that you managed to eat some calzone

Thanks guys, but unfortunately not. When I did get to sleep I only dozed and was constantly uncomfortable and hot. Then I woke up cold and shivering like I had a fever, and couldn't sleep past 7am despite DH now being the one to get up with Toby following my midnight pleas! Feel like absolute crap, and really grumpy! Oh what fun!

Hope you all have a good Sunday

I make a lot of head bands, hair ties, clips, jewelry as well to keep me busy oh and lots of scrapbooking! I am making really cute button photo frames for the nursery at the moment... Will post a pic once I'm done

Third tri insomnia does suck Bond! My brain does not switch off either. I had a crap nights sleep too. Hope you have a quiet day planned and you can take it easy today.

Hi girls! Sorry I've been so absent, having a little one has sure taken it out of me. DH is away in Perth at the moment with our Toby (*chuckle* seems that name is getting more common but that's a good thing, it's a great name!) so I've been home alone with Flynn for the last 2 weeks.
It's been really lovely having alone time with him but I miss DH and DS1 a lot so I can't wait until they get home on Tuesday.

It's so lovely to read all of your posts and catch up, personals will take a while when I get around to it! Hahaha.

AFM, things are going really well. Flynn has been exclusively BF'd for three months now. I didn't have a particular time frame in mind for BFing, I just wanted to be able to do it for at the minimum the first few weeks as I wasn't able to at all for DS1.
I'm pretty chuffed with myself if I'm honest. It seems like a silly thing to get excited about, but in the first couple of weeks I considered formula because it hurt so much. I had a shocking crack that nearly ended my BFing journey then and there! But I persevered even though there were many feeds where I was in tears from the pain and now we're pros. I feel like a dairy cow, but I'm good at it so it's all good *chuckle*.

Flynn is teething (I know, early but DS1 was the same) so we're going through a combined teething/three month growth spurt/wonder week fiesta. It's all crazy up in here! Lmao. So with that, I better go attend to my munchkin. He's currently bouncing around like a frog in a sock in his jolly jumper but I'm betting the happy bouncy times won't last too much longer .

Congrats to those that have come into the thread in my absence, and to those who have had their gorgeous bubs! And don't worry, those of you that are getting close to your due date. It'll all be over soon. Then the REAL fun begins!

Bond, that's not good that you didn't get much sleep. I hope you're feeling better today, and manage to get some rest.

MCB, you're lucky you're crafty. I'd like to be, but have no artistic talent.

Eko, welcome back. That's great that Flynn is doing so well. And congrats on the breast feeding being so successful. That must be hard with DH and DS away at the moment.

Just jumping in here quickly ladies!!

Eko - make sure u come an join us in the babies of ttc thread!!

Lilsmurf - I had horrible pelvic pain and sharp pains down my leg all the time and that's because axle engaged from 30 weeks!! Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do apart from physio, I had symphysis pubis dysfunction... Look it up and see if you have the symptoms. It was worse after I gave birth as well... Sorry I'm not very positive lol!

Not sure if you already do it but sleeping /resting with a pillow between your legs helps. You should also rest or sit as often as you can and avoid standing too long. I suffered symphysis pubic dysfunction too. I saw a chiro from 30w to help with the pain. It was amazing the difference it made. Good luck!
