LilPetal hope you can distract yourself.

Nila I hope your babies stay put until Wednesday.

    Rainbow gorgeous photos.

Michelle not long until your scan.

SageS hope you got the poo explosion under control lol.

We are still in hospital. River has lost 13% of her birth weight which is more than the average 10%. Feeding is still hard, she puts her tongue up instead of down. She is also a bit lethargic from the weight loss so doesn't suck very well. We are now attempting to BF every 3hrs. She then gets expressed milk in a bottle and a formula top up. Its just a bit rough really. Other than that she is perfect.

ToniS - I just wanted to let you know with the feeding issues I had similar problems with my DD in the early days. she had a tongue tie (which we got sniped) and was difficult to attach so every 3 hours I would attempt to BF then express then top her up with expressed milk or formula or both. Because of this we ended up staying in hospital for an extra day or 2. I remember it being really stressful but I worked with a lactation consultant once I was out of hospital and ended up feeding her for 11 months. Fingers crossed it improves for you soon.
