ETA: well done LittleChimp - a loss is a loss

I weighed in at 59.5kg this morning, so a loss of 500g. Very surprised and very pleased to be in the 50's!

Can I ask, those that also have goal weights of 55-58kg - how tall are you? DH thinks I'm trying to take it too far. I'm 168cm and at my lightest was 54kg, which I was happy with but it was hard to maintain, whereas pre-kids I could easily maintain 57kg. DH has commented on my weightloss so far, but thinks I shouldn't lose any more.
Well done on getting into the 50's, I am hoping to join you soon.

I am 163cm tall, so for me 55 kg would be a very healthy weight. Last time I was at 56kg I still had some excess fat/cellulite on my thighs, so I think that is a sign that I still had more to lose.

bubbles21 - well done on the loss!

Marigold - maintaining for a week is good - you have had such big losses to make up for it anyway

mummyrissa - 500g gain is nothing, especially being on holidays - I usually gain at least 2 or 3 kg's on holidays

TeBe & littleriv - thanks for sharing your heights. I think 57kgs for me is fine - I will definitely still have some meat on my bones - will have to then work on toning up.

I managed to get on my treadmill today for 25 mins while DS1 had his nap. It felt really good! I've hired myself some trashy DVD's to watch to keep me entertained and will try to walk for 1/2 most days this week.

Everyone is doing very well, congrats on all the losses! I'm not weighing in until Wednesday but fingers crossed I can join you with a loss.

Another fast day today so I had a pear and mandarin for lunch, lots of herbal tea and then a veggie & miso soup for dinner. I'm on holidays as of Wednesday though so I fear my fast days will go out the window for the next week at least :/

Mummyrissa, great result since you were on holidays. Did you have a great time? Colbie, you are going well, good luck with weigh in x. My 2 eldest kids are back to school today and I hope I can get back into a routine with the baby of going for walks and cooking up dishes while she is asleep. I am still cooking up meat curries and thai chicken dishes with lots of veges that are all frozen up in the freezer, it makes dinner time very easy. My youngest is turning 1 in 2 weeks and I tried making some mini cupcakes with buttercream piped icing and silver decorations on top (as practice, but really, no practice required). 24 of them- gone in one day. They were lovely though and we all definitely enjoyed them

A decent start to the week so far. Went for another hour long walk today, even tried a bit of a jog! I've never ran/jogged so I need to work on my fitness levels in that regard in order to feel more comfortable doing it- but I managed a light jog pushing the pram and it was fun I'll try to go further tomorrow.

    Today:
    Breakfast- weightloss shake
lunch- baked beans and a boiled egg, 2 cruskets with philly cheese
still deciding what to have for dinner, will probably be some soup.

Feels good to be getting back on track after a bad week. Hoping that I'll see results on Monday.
I'm going out for dinner and a movie on Saturday night- it'll be the first time I've had DD babysat since she was born! So while I'm looking forward to having a treat night, I'll try not to indulge too much

Marigold, a night out for dinner, that is something to look forward to! Thursday already- all going okay for me too so far. I have upped my walking when I can- I haven't purchased any DVD's yet, but will need to think about firming and toning. A friend invited me to Boot Camp, but I am afraid I will reinjure my back/ pelvis which has taken me 12 months since DD was born to feel okay. I have reintroduced a lot of my favourite foods, eg: cheese and crackers, olives etc some nights but I don't go silly, which is more of a 'new lifestyle' attitude rather than dieting. Have a great day everyone.

I've kinda failed at my goals for this week. Still eating lollies and having more than one coffee each day. I have been doing my bath time mini workouts and a couple small walks. Plan to take dd for a walk on her bike today and tomorrow.

Not expecting a loss this week. I'm going to reassess my goals for the challenge and aim to get to 88.8kg by final weigh in so another 1.8 to go. That's only a loss of 2.7 for this round but a total of 7kg since round one. Here's hoping I can do it.

Hope everyone else is having a good week. Enjoy your weekend.

Start of challenge I was 61.7kg, I am now 59.8kg. So I have lost 1.9kg in this challenge so far.I'm so happy to be in the 50's.

A couple of long walks with the pram have really helped this week.

I'm hoping to get to pre pregnancy weight of 58kg soon (bubs is 15 weeks).

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
