    Default anywhere in Brisbane i can buy sliced onions & tomatos in bulk.. ?

    anyone know of anywhere.? im not talking about a little bag of frozen onions, but enough for about 600 hamburgers..

    We just did a fundraiser last weekend with the same issue, but we are on the Gold Coast so not much help. You could look at the Brisbane markets at rocklea, some of the stall holders might be able to help you out.

    Call up the chef at any restaurant, hospital etc. they'll point you in direction of a supplier.

    There are a few wholesalers in the Brisbane markets who do this. If you call Brisbane Markets Limited 07 39154200 - explain what you need & they should be able to provide you with the phone numbers of the wholesalers
