Default Home made salad the next day. Can I eat it??

I made a salad. Washed iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado. It was out of fridge for an hour or so over dinner, then in the fridge over night. Is it safe to eat whilst pregnant?

Also can you eat the mixed leaves from the supermarket that you wash and weigh yourself?

I would eat the salad you made. I probably wouldn't eat it tomorrow, but from dinner last night to lunch today, I would.

I don't eat those mixed lettuce leaves, even when not pregnant. You don't know how often (if ever) the tongs used to serve the mixed leaves are cleaned. Or if someone else has just put their hand in there. But that's just me.

I buy the ones sealed in the bag.
