I think its a good idea to wait a cycle, even though it would most likely be fine if u didnt. At least u will know u gave urself time to heal & get ur hormones back on track. I wanted to wait just because if we did get pregnant before my first af & then if something went wrong... I would have always had on the back of my mind that I should have waited. It went so slow at the time, but looking back now its over, it feels like it went fast now we are ttc again. You will be too before u know it

It's a hard decision, especially when you get conflicting advice. My doc told me to wait a cycle then the next time I spoke to her she said ok to try again straight away. I spoke to my BIL- a GP who's wife has unfortunately had to have multiple D& C's- he said the reasons they say to wait a cycle is to make 100% sure that there is no residual material in there that could interfere with the next pregnancy and cause infection/miscarriage. Having said that though we started TTC straight away (as soon as we knew my hcg was back to normal for accurate dating). We didn't conceive that cycle but did the next. It's a personal decision and I felt I needed to start TTC to get back on track. Good luck on your journey
