    Default Wazza patients, question..

    Former Wazza patient here ( successful one), what did Wazza recommend for the fellas for sperm health? We used frozen with Wazza so I never got to find out. Now with clinic in Melbourne and on a six month break so want to start dh on Wazza goodness now.

    Hi Lilypily.......

    My DP and I have just done a Cycle, so here's the latest updated list of supplements.


    For Him.....
    Aloe Vera Juice- 20 mls at night
    Zinc 40mgs/day
    >10 Pumpkin Seeds (I just gave DP a tablespoon of Peppita's a day)
    Folic Acid 5mg/day (Megafol brand...get it over the counter at pharmacy)
    Gogi Berries (I gave DP a tablespoon of those a day too or 20mls of Gogi Berry Juice)
    Selenium 100mcg/day

    For Her........
    Folic Acid 5mgs/day
    Berocca(or equivalent) 1/day
    Fish Oil 1000mgs/day
    Zinc 40mgs/day
    Vit E 500mg (1000iu)/day
    Co-enzyme Q10 150-200mg/day
    Low dose aspirin 100mg/day
    DHEA 25mg 3x daily
    Melatonin 5mg/ one capsule at night

    OP - Don't take this one unless specifically stated by wazza or Kate, is not on the supps list but might have been prescribed for Abubby.

    This is spot on. Except check to see if you should be on dhea because sometimes it isn't good for pcos women.

    I'm not a Wazza patient (but have heard great things). I've often wondered if I need to ask about Clomid for my DH.

    Ngaiz it didn't do anything for my hubby but the reason for his low sperm was u known...

    I have mine on most of that cocktail with a few extras. Dh's is undescended testes. His count, mot and morph are degrading fast.
