just got my GK's todaywhen i had a look at them trying to put the insert inside it seems really big IYKWIM? once they get washed do they shrink?

They certainly do !
Remember being hemp they need 3 good hot washes to get them going but they aren't totally up to scratch until after approx 10 washes !
Good luck they work a treat
