As the title suggests, please share with me what your favourite exercise DVD is.
I feel too busy with work and the children to find the time for the gym too.
I am thinking exercise dvds may be the convenient way to go and then I will try to squeeze in a run here and there when I can.
I am hoping that combined with healthy eating I can beat this muffin top and do my jeans up again.
Today is the first day of the new me (and no chocolate biscuit snacking and no icecream after dinner) lol
