    Default nervous!

    Hi everyone,
I'm just after some advice. I am (we think) 6 weeks pregnant. I have an ultrasound to confirm dates Friday of next week. I have been getting dull aching pains low in my uterus, similar to period pains constantly for other past few days. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 9 years. I have had fibroids, endometriosis and polycistic ovarian syndrome. We had a miscarriage in September of last year so I am so nervous about every twinge and cramp. Also my breasts don't seem as sore as other women are describing and I have no morning sickness yet. I have taken 6 positive preg tests so I know I am pregnant. Just so scared. Is this constant dull ache normal? Please help me

With my last pregnancy I didn't get any symptoms until 7 weeks. At about 6 weeks I had a couple of days of cramps and I was convinced it was all over but it wasn't. Try not to stress I know it's hard! Good luck 😊

I'm 16 weeks and my breasts have never been sore, bigger yes but never sore. I didn't really get any symptoms as such until about 7 weeks maybe a little earlier. I did have a bit of cramping early on. We r all so different, just think positive thoughts. That first US is so reassuring.

Congratulations! That is amazing news and after everything you have been through I don't blame you for being nervous.

    I'm 20 weeks today

From about week 4 to week 6 I had a few aches, pains, mild cramps - I really thought before I got my BFP that it was my period coming. I was told to not be too concerned if there was no blood and that all the aches and pains was the uterus stretching.
