Default Best meds for anxiety while bfing.

    Hi
I have had an anxiety disorder since I was about 9, it was diagnosed when I was 17 and I was on tabs on and off from then on. I went off my tablets when I reached the third trimester of my pregnancy due to safety concerns, I was on cymbalta and avanza.
I have managed to avoid going back on them I'm breast feeding and wanted to avoid them, but Bub is having major sleep issuesand dh lost his job on Friday. Those combined have just pushed me over the edge and as soon as the sun goes down in being hit with the nausea, cold sweats, shakes vomiting and diarrhea. I think I need to go back on something and was wondering what is the safest while breast feeding.

    Thanks Missiemack,

Lynette is the reason I lasted past 4 weeks breast feeding, still going strong at 6 months. She's wonderful.
