I had a bjorn style carrier with dd and didn't like it. I've bought a sleepy wrap for the early days and then an ergo for this bubs. Got a sling somewhere too...

I went to baby bunting when we were in melb this week, and the girl didn't know anything about the Manduca ... I want to try that one.
I didn't love how u put the ergo on...I want to try that again, and the Manduca.
i really hate the BB...Not nice to put on and off.
i don't want a sling...for my own reasons...so Will continue to look at carriers.
i would love to work up until late..but being a nurse in an ED that is not likely to happen...legs sswelling already!
if. Had a desk job, or at least something less physical I definitely would.

Nayez, I know a couple of places that stock the Manduca...are you in Sydney?
For me this is the most frustrating thing about wraps / carriers - the ones that people rave about are rarely sold in the big baby stores so it's so hard to try them out.

Btw...news flash....you can't face your bub outwards with the ergo baby...boo!
There is no way I am going to get this one. Once you get to 6-8months, all th want to do s look.
Looks like you cant on the manduka either...back to the drawing board.
that is a no go for me.
If I I had to, I would go back to the BB...and then use th back back. Have already, which we used from about 9 months...
    input welcome girls...

    Hey ladies,

Glad to see everyone is so organised.

Quick questions, a couple of weeks into my 2nd trimester and really struggling with these really bad headaches. I read that week 15-20 its a growth period so there is a lot of increased blood volume. How did everyone else go with this time?

I have had a few headaches that have needed a panadol and heaps of water to get rid of. Have you had your blood pressure checked as can be a sign of rising blood pressure or as you said just another surge of hormones x
