yep - head butt in the cervix = very strange sensation!
I was getting kicks, but its head down now - ready for action!
I was considering working until 36weeks, but the way I was feeling for the last two days - no way!
I welcome back this week - nausea..and it's very good friend heartburn/reflux and insomnia - yipppeeee!
I cannot wait to meet this angel, and do not wish for anything else than a happy baby - but geez, I am ready for this pregnancy to be over.
My last pregnancy was not this bad, but I was on bed rest from 23 - 34weeks, and didn't have a little one to run around after - so much less physically demanding - oh yeah, and I was 3 years younger!
I hope the rest of you are feeling a bit better - and woohoo to the last few weeks!

it's crazy how fast time has flown since jan/feb when we were going through our cycles! I'll be 30 weeks on Sunday - eep! I can vouch for the kicks (in my case I think they are elbows) to the cervix and back/leg aches at night, poor DH is ready to relocate to another room
We have birthing classes next weekend which I'm well an truly ready for to put some anxieties to rest!

cervix kicks ouch!!!! The little feet and elbows are so odd to feel. Bub keeps kicking right behind my belly button which feels a bit painful. Just in case anyone else gets this my OB said its due to a nerve that lies there and is quite common.

I agree that sleeping is getting more difficult. I am getting achy at night and find that I need to move around alot! Poor DP.. he gets kicked alot lol. Not looking forward to the warm nights just before bub is due!!!!

28+4 here. OB appt yesterday and all going well. Bub has been head down for a few weeks. Passed the GD test woohoo! We start antenatal classes in two weeks and I am doing some active birth yoga which I am really enjoying.

Hope you ladies are well. Any baby showers coming up?

Hi ladies, glad we all passed the GD test. I had to do the short and the long test too. Bub has been head down since 16weeks but I'm still high according to OB, plenty of room below but not much above. 33weeks today, fatigue kicked back in at 31weeks along with nausea and heart burn (feel for you Nayez). Is anyone else struggling to function after midday? Even after a 2hour nap this afternoon I'm struggling to type this. I'm enjoying being pregnant but being this tired doesn't seem right!! This is my first and I guess I need to remember I am 39... Trying to organise my own baby shower, mum insisted I have one. I know why other people are suppose to organise it for you... I changed my favourite Aunty's last name on the invite, oops! At least she had a good laugh at my expense. The invites finally share our secret with family and friends. I can't believed we kept her gender a secret for 12weeks. Enjoy the weekend and some well deserved rest!
