Hi Nayez I hope your well and recovering, bed rest sucks and blood loss makes you so weak. My BP was 87/50 at the time of leaving hospital last night after a 350ml bleed on Saturday morning. Baby is ok, bleeding is unexplained in my case but due to the increase of stress at the moment I'm on modified duties now and no sex. I have to not stress out any more. Did they find anything wrong where the bleed come from Nayez? They checked my placenta, cervix, vagina due to recent relations and found nothing and 350ml is classed as a 'significant bleed' so a little upset they could not find where from but grateful they found nothing at the same time. Hope it's all smooth sailing from here on for you Nayez

I don't have health insurance and I was lucky enough to not pay a cent for specialist care, a private room with wall to wall windows and en-suite overlooking the park lands and a beautiful church in Adelaide. I had beautiful food/meals and was spoilt rotten with cheese cakes and yogurt, mud cakes, juices and at least double the amount of food I normally have with 5 or 6 different things on my trays every meal time. I had 3 ultrasounds done in the first 6 hours, saw a ob, physician and had all my meds ordered and done straight away. It was like a bloody hotel stay with room service! Wish the circumstances were better but Women's and Children's hospital in Adelaide were awesome.

OMG Torie...sounds frightening. I guess everyone around u is saying the same thing to you....YOU MUST TAKE IT EASY!
That is a lot of blood....u really need to rest.
I had nowhere near that amount....but regardless, I have been warned...again to rest.
I am getting pretty old for this caper (39), and ths is definitely my last bub...
anyway, he/she is still kicking away, and the cervix is lovely and long...

Good to hear bub is ok Nayez ! Get lots of rest! I've got the week off due to a nasty cold and chest infection which sux so a good chance to let my body rest a bit as I work full time and wake up very early for work I think was taking the toll on my body I was drained. Went to check out the maternity ward at the hospital the other day and listened to a presentation on. Epidural. I must say I am glad I went as this is first bub I was kind of getting nervous . Picked up our pram and car seat yesterday as well as a cute Manchester cot set. Think all my pay is now gone pretty much have all the necessities now just a few things here and there needed but biggest expenses are out of the way. How is everyone else doing ?
