The waiting will be awful for you especially if you need to wait the week.
Great news about not smoking though!

Oh my gosh, you must be freaked out I hope you get good news soon. I think that the 3 day mark is the hardest part, once you get past three days generally it gets easier.
Although that being said it sounds like you're pretty motivated so hopefully you'll find it easy anyway.

    I hope it's nothing serious

I really hope your results are good. Stressing doesn't help but it's hard not too.

Does sound like anxiety. I have it and it's awful. I have been to the drs so many times with heart palpatations and shortness of breath. I didn't know I had it at first, drs would send me home with nothing and say it's anxiety and I was confused cos I wasn't anxious about anything and now it's turned into health anxiety.
Everything seems worse than what it is when your anxious. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious, and if the results come back in the clear see someone as anxiety gets worse left untreated

That must be scary! Im not a smoker but I have had similar symptoms. It happened when in my first trimester with DD - except it happened mostly in the morning and I'd also shake and go pale. They checked my heart etc and all good, it stopped on its own and was likely brought on by the pregnancy.

Try not to stress, if it was something really serious you would likely have heard from your Dr by now.

ETA - I have a history of SVT (basically heart palpitations). Did they do any heart tests? Like an ultrasound or even just monitor your heart rhythm for a while?
