I would have no problem with using those names (except Darwin, this isn't really a first name).
Adelaide, Victoria and Sydney were all names b4 the places. I wouldn't use Adelaide if I lived in Adelaide and same with Sydney etc.
All that said, none of the names are to my taste but I see no problem with other ppl using them.
Victoria I would. It's a nice name.
The others are awful and I'd not give that name to a pet rock, let alone a living, breathing person.
No I wouldn't use any of them..
I like Adelaide and Sydney....Victoria is ok ..
I wouldn't use any of them, but not because of living in Australia.
I like the name Victoria, but don't like the inevitable shortened version.
And I'm not keen on the rest.
Having said that, I don't think I would name my child after a well known place name, unless it had more of a reputation for the name than the place. I tend to prefer more classic/ traditional sounding names than modern/ contemporary/ different names.
Erm, I just realised that I wrote "my name IS actually London" ...that meant to be "my name ISNT actually London" ...derrrrrrrr, its one of those days
