It was more than about abortion. It was about how she has tried to spin false political spiel regarding women and potential outcomes if liberal get in in September.

Abbott has clearly said he would not change abortion laws if the libs won the election.

Gillard brought this up saying abortion is once more coming into the political arena. Sure, it was brought up by labor senator John Madigan wanting to ban gender selection abortions-which may become relevant in July next year.

As for the blue tied men behind the blue tied men, I think Julie bishop disagrees.

I still condemn the menu and things associated with mal broughs dinner, but don't think for a moment that this is immature offensive behaviour limited to the liberals. There are certainly recent examples from the labor party. Which I'm not bothering with now, as I'm at work on lunch, on the phone

    It's SO not funny.

I can just picture all those Liberal knobs guffawing around the dinner table, thinking they are engaging in such sparkling wit

But it's "funny" and "tongue in cheek", we should have a "sense of humour", right?

What bollocks. How incredibly disrespectful and juvenile. Regardless of the party she represents, Ms. Gillard is a highly intelligent and capable individual. This kind of behaviour, especially from adults who have huge influence in the decision making process of an entire country, should be unacceptable.

I've seen memes on FB and admit I laughed at the time but this is really unacceptable.
But then again what do you expect from Liberals...

It's horrific. The level of sexism she is constantly subjected to is horrific. In any other job, if a woman was persecuted the way PM Gillard is, the perpetrators would be risking instant dismissal. Why is it constantly swept under the carpet? Why must she put up with it?
