Just wanted to see if anyone was in this area?
We might be relocating there and I'd like to get some info about the place.
Please help me understand the town.
We have 3 young kids. 6, 3 and almost 2. I want to do research before I up and leave our home town. Nsw

Thought I would bump this for you. I have been there a couple times for short stays. It is a small town. It has a chicken treat, and I think there was an eagle boys, no hungry jack's or MacDonald's though. there are lots of mosquitos as it is a town pretty much on the water. It is known for its banana and mangoes and has had the occasional flood or two. It is good for fishing and mud crabs. From what I have heard it does have its trouble spots but what town doesn't. And about once a year at the beginning of June they hold a big fishing competition.

That is pretty much all I know about the place. Hopefully someone else can give you more info.
