Default Kindy/Preschool for 4 year old, Burnside SA

    Hello mummies

We just moved into Burnside area. Hazelwood Park to be precise.
Where do mommies in these areas send their kids to kindy?
Any suggestions for kindy around the area? I've only saw one Goodstart ELC. Anywhere around Burnside, Glenside, is fine.

    Thanks!

Smudgy, I'm in the area so can help.
Do you want a kindy (4yo government kindy) or a child care centre? The good start elc is a CCC.

Ok, if you want a child care centre I recommend a community centre rather than private.

    There is
Children's educational care centre in hazelwood pk. Many of my friends use it and they love it.
Adelaide eastern community CC-- in rose park. Again I've heard good things. They also do a thing with rosé pk kindy where they collect kids from the kindy at 3pm and take them back to the centre. Good if you are working and can't do kindy hours (9-3pm).
Conyngham st CCC in Glenside. I've used it for years and love it.

If you want a kindy (9-3pm twice a week, free) then you should be able to google which ones are close. Your local might be JB cleland, Kensington pk or even Newland kindy. But you can send them wherever you want. But any local ones in this area are great.

Hth. Ask any questions you want.

    Hello 4underfour

So happy to hear some other kindies from you!
Apparently we have just been approved of another unit in Payneham today! So looks like we're looking for preschools/kindies/child care centres in the Payneham areas now. Sorry for the trouble caused and thank you so much for your feedback! Do you know any in the Payneham area? Would be great.

    Cheers!
    Miza
