    They've definitely helped the LP issues. My last LP was 8/9 days and today I'm technically 15dpo! So ill stop them tonight and should get AF in a couple of days as they delay it a little. So ill definitely use them next time I O.

    That's great to hear! I should start mine in the next few days. Were they really messy?

    I actually didn't find them that bad. I used mine at night with a liner and by the shower in the morning it was fine. I find using something like the Canesten 3 day cream much much more uncomfortable and messy.
