A baby-making holiday - what a fantastic idea Teeja!!! Hope you catch that egg!

2dpo at the moment - it sounds like there are some testing days coming up soon. Must remember to go for bloods in a few more days!

I'm waiting at my GP's office now to get my pregnancy confirmed!
I got 'Pregnant -1-2' weeks on a clear blue digital last night. I've calculated I'm
    3 weeks 5 days today.

I still have a booking with my FS for next Tuesday. Is it worth going? Feel like its a waste of money. But I do wanna know hubby's sperm count was from last Friday. Can the GP ask for the records?

    How exciting

The clinic nurse might be able to tell you. She usually calls me to let me know of my prog. levels/ovulation.

Woo hoo 3cats1pug!!!! Gotta love the clear blue digital!!! I think I tried every pregnancy test available when ttc...It took a while!! But when you see those words it starts to sink in. Might be still worth going to fs?? You might be able to get a referral to a good obstetrician. I got my referral today (i am 9 weeks with 1st bub) and managed to get into a lovely ob/gynae, I am thrilled as he is difficult to get appointments with!! I am sure the fs probably has a bit of pulling power with referrals to reputable obstetricians too!! It's such a exciting time, good luck with the appointment

Congrats on the BfP soooo exciting for you!!!!

Teeja your holiday sounds amazing and hopefully is a bubtastic one!

Hope to see some more BFPs in the next couple of weeks!

AFM I'm cd5 and FS nurse has advised me to increase Clomid to 50 for today and tomorrow in hope to O earlier and lengthen LP. Going in for ultrasound on cd14 an depending on follies will get Ovidrel trigger shot. I'm not convinced cd14 is the right day as O has always been late if at all. But, I'm happy to do what they tell me to!

It's getting awkward with appointments and work. I've so far managed not telling anyone and not showing medical certificates (as it clearly says Monash IVF!) and because they are so random, I'm worried about my boss getting ****ty or having to explain and then it getting awkward. How does everyone else go with this?

I'm not working now, but when I was I hardly had any days off in the 5 years that I worked there that they didn't question when I put in for leave. The fact that my DH also worked there and had those days/times off too kind of quietly let people know what was going on and no one questioned it. On the leave forms I remember putting day surgery/recovery on one, and just appt on the others. You don't have to tell them exactly what it's for. If you don't want the Monash thing on top - see if your GP is happy to write one on their paper instead.

I've had been lucky, US at 7.30am so can get to work on time & IUI on Saturday or during lunch hour. Except this cycle with 3rd FS due to leave, US at 8am so was half hr late to work & IUI at 4 pm so had to leave work an hour & half early, so I had to tell them, she was good, told me her friend was ttc for 7 yrs & got pregnant naturally when they gave up treatments.

I'm gonna go public so I don't need a OB referral. My GP is writing a letter to fax off to the Royal Women's.

I think I'll still go to the FS. Even if its just to say I'd like all my records either to take home or sent over to my GP.
If I need a FS again if this doesn't work out I'm gonna try someone else. Just wasn't happy with the service, and that's a big deal when your paying the big bucks! No need to pay to be stressed out
