I'm trying to look at it positively, that I def ovulated and it was probably a nice mature one I'm just happy I didn't have the clomid headaches this month!

Are your OPK's really faint, or getting there?

I've booked an u/s for day 19 this cycle, to check which side I o from. Only have one tube and last month was from my good side. Fx I o this month from the same side.
    I'm wondering if there's a dominant ovary??

I read the egg can be pulled over to the other ovary when you only have one tube. So it drops from the ovary with no tube and is pulled over to the functioning one. Pretty amazing stuff.

I notice I ovulate from my right side most months. Ironically my tubal pg was in my left side...

My first cycle of clomid I had severe headaches for 3 days straight, and that was dosed up on forte they went for a day then come back for another 2.

But this cycle I had a very mild headache an hour after taking the first tablet and that's it. infact I had pretty much no symptoms at all this month except for the painful ovulation. So I think, at least for me, it took my body a month to get used to the drug.

Thanks Delirium for answering my questions, I've just used the ' when will I ovulate on clomid' calculator and it says from 5-9 days after you take the last tablet. If this is correct, I should o between days 11 and 15. That seems early. Do you use opks? What day do you start? I usually o between day 18-20

My specialist told me 5-10 days after the last tablet, so that's pretty right on. I take it day 2-6 as well. First cycle ovulation was 8 days after, this cycle 7 days.

Yep I use OPK's. I start around cd8. My cycles were always cd14 for ovulation until my ectopic a year ago, since then they have gone haywire, with ovulation ranging from cd16-22. I've found it's really got them back on track. having said that, I've read lots of stories on the net of women that ovulate day 18+ on clomid and end up pg. So a later ovulation doesn't have to be bad.

I had no real bad side effects from clomid for both my cycles, took 1 cycle tablets at 7am and the other at 9pm. Both made no difference to me.

If you are really stressing about it talk to your dr about the ovidril shot then you know 100% when you ovulate and you can bring O forward.
