I'm sure it's ok. I'm up to day 15 today and I O'd on day 17 last cycle so it's hopefully not too far away.

I'm going for a scan on Friday, day 11. Will I be able to find out which ovary has the dominant follicle? I only have one tube so praying for the left side to release the egg.

Yep just ask the ultrasound technician to tell you. Last time I had a scan they told me without me even asking approx how many eggs I had so far and which side I was likely to ovulate from that month and this was only on day 6.

Ooh great. I did have a scan on day 3 but it was way to early, and the largest one was the one from the cycle before ( gee I hope that makes sense)

I don't really know how I'm going to react to this medication.

I've had a day 6 ultrasound in feb and day 3 and day 22 bloods done that showed I ovulated and everything looked normal. But that was a day 27 cycle. My worry is what is happening on those longer 36-38 day cycles.
Could the clomid give you too many eggs if you don't have any problem with ovulation?
I have a regular 27-28 day cycle & take 25mg Clomid, in the last few cycles I have produced 1 or 2 eggs only

    I'm in Melbourne.

The nurse rang me finally after leaving a 2nd msg. Problem is she's not my nurse! So I've been having appointments with a doctor at Monash IVF but apparently I'm not in the database cos I'm not an IVF patient as yet so the nurse didn't have my medical notes. I didn't realize you weren't a Monash patient if you hadn't started IVF yet, you're just a patient of the doctor.
So I rang back the doctors office again and his person there was really nice and is going to speak to the doctor for me tomorrow and call me back. She said I should count tomorrow as day 1.
I've booked in my ultrasound to look at the follicles for Saturday next week on what would be day 10. So I'm waiting to hear back when I'm supposed to have a follow up appointment to get the ultrasound results.

Anybody here got too many follicles from their clomid treatment and were told by the ultrasound technician to abstain from sex?
So my doctors office never called me back today spent the whole day waiting by the phone basically. I rang them at 4.15pm to see why they hadn't rang me back and they were already closed. Seemed fairly early to be knocking off work...
I dunno if they were unable to talk to the the doctor and that's why they didn't ring me or I was just forgotten about. Frustrating though.

And I'm in the same problem as yesterday. My spotting hasn't progressed into a period today as I thought would happen. So I've have the same level of spotting since Tuesday. Can't really call this day 1 if I was told not to count yesterday as day 1 can I?
I dunno it's all irritating! Sick of analyzing every symptom and monitoring everything and doctors. Blah.

How have the last 12 hours gone any heavier bleeding? (The inappropriate questions you ask total strangers on bubhub lol). I hope they get back to you soon! I think I would be waiting till around cd28 to at least start that as cd1 so try not to stress to much....but I'm no expert.

Thanks for checking up on me

Have my proper period today. No doubt about it and the cramps to prove it
So day 1 is today and ill take the clomid tomorrow. My cycle ended up being 27 days with 3 days of spotting between 25-27 days.
Previous cycle was 26 days and spotting on day 26 and one before was 31 days with spotting on days 30 and 31.
I'm gonna ask the doctor at my next appointment if its normal to have all this spotting. I've read online sometimes it can mean your progesterone is low.

Now to see if anybody calls today!
