Attempting my first ever roast in the slow cooker tonight. I hope it comes out okay!! It won't be ready until 9:30PM though. I didn't realise it took 8 hrs! Thought it might only take 6 hrs.

    We had Shakshuka for dinner
It's so quick to make, it frequents more as a dinner than a breakfast in our household.

So it was a late dinner (my fault for not starting earlier) but OH. MY. GOSH. Best roast ever!!! Everything was perfect and so scrumptious. Now that I know I can do it, and it tastes amazing I will be able to cook it for family. Yuuuum. I'm converted!
