    So far I've cooked some brown rice and washed some bok choy.

    I'm thinking of frying the rice (with ginger, lemon & soy), and serving it with the bok coy, grated carrot & a fried egg.

    Honestly probably something simple easy boring an not extremely healthy. For the kid anyway. I'm sick and really could not be buggered putting in any effort . Slack!
