    I didn't really follow a recipe as such...

    I chucked gravy beef, carrots, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, shallots, thyme and garlic in the slow cooker with 350ml of beef stock and a splash of Worcestershire sauce and turned it on!

    Then when it was done I strained the liquid and added some corn flour to thicken it then put it in a pie tin and covered with puff pastry, in oven for 30 mins or do... Yum !

    It's a family dinner tonight at my sister's house. She is making creamy mushroom pasta, chicken rendang curry + briyani, pasties, garlic bread. Yummmmm

    Spicy BBQ chicken with steamed veggies and rice. (Quirky cooking thermomix recipe) I hope it turns out. DH has been really fussy with thermy mains.
