    The new low carb one by Alyce Alysandra(sp?) I bought it from Dymocks its pretty cool. Have been finding the thermo to be a bit carby for me lately hehe to many pizzas I just had the broth with veg but the family loved the beef.

    Thank you, totally agree on the carbs. I've been doing lots of steamed fish and veges to combat that but Vietnamese cuisine is my absolute favourite.
