Chicken tenders (s'market), steamed veg. Very basic and boring but I relished every bite as I've been eating quite badly of late and haven't had much fruit/veg in my diet. After a while my bod starts screaming for some healthy things!

Freshly baked gluten free bread with homemade hommus and ham. Went out for a big lunch so was nice having a light dinner.

Dh had a big oje last night and had his normql medication really late which has made him really tired.
I did HJ's for lunch under the agreement that dinner is his responsibility. .... we shall see
