Could be nerve pain. I suffer from nerve pain in various locations. Either way, if is persisting and really hurts, I'd see a gp ASAP. Could also (unlikely) be a clot or blockage and you don't want to mess with that.

    Good luck with it.

Munchkin, I've been thinking about it. I've read lots of positive stories about it.

    Munchkin,
There is a recent thread on acupuncture I only read it the other day. Everyone was singing its merits.
Maybe have a quick search, sorry I don't know how to link threads yet.

I've been in soooo much pain today....it feels like in being repeatedly stabbed to the inside side of each areola, but mostly the left! Hurts insanely if I bend over and they move

I initially thought breast cancer (lol yeah I jump to extremes), but with the pain I've been rubbing all day to try ease it, theres no lump anywhere.

    so....thoughts?
Omg shadow, I've had exactly the same pain the last two days, so much so that I fished out a maternity bra/singlet to wear to work today to ease the pain. I'm something like cd22 today so hoping its a utd symptom, but more likely I'll just have a horribly painful period boooooo

Nomie, enjoy the scan, it's so cool!!

No ink here but I've always been tempted. I just know that I would choose something that I wouldn't like over time.

Have a cracking day happy friday!!!

I'm another one scared of the pain of getting a tattoo (fyi I'm also terrified of childbirth!) I want to get one of a pair of Japanese cranes. Maybe after I've had kids if the hormones can cause issues! Love love love your back ink Calstar!!!

Jesse, im so excited for you! If I didn't just finish af id swear I was utd! Fx for you!
Nomie, the scans are amazing! Good luck!

well the pain is still there this morning, but its a constant dull burning/numbness today. Very odd! I have to take mum to the drs monday, so will seen him then if its still sore.
Maybe it is hormone based though. Af was weird... It was normal days 1-3 but then spotting for 4 days. Not enough for a tampon, always there when wiping but rarely enough to find it on a liner...she usually lasts that long but is normaly only 24 hrs of spotting....so maybe that has something to do with it.?

I did see that. I did a search before starting a new topic a little more specific about where in Melbourne to go as I had not much idea where to start. I have a recommendation of someone closeby so going to give them a call today or tomorrow.

    Thanks for the tip though!
